With everything we do, we bring an enduring commitment to thought leadership, and to the future of our practice. That is why we created the Associate Laboratory Technician (ALT) Training Program.

This proprietary program teaches and trains the histologists of the future in the art and science of pathology and urology, developing talented individuals with science-based, four-year degrees to build superior quality, technique and expertise that will impact our industry for generations to come.

Each member of the program receives one year of training within our CAP-accredited laboratory, gaining knowledge, skills and experience in histotechnology, cytology and molecular diagnostics to achieve ASCP certification.
